Picking Joe Biden for VP: Democrats prove they hate the idea of winning
Yesterday’s post touched on the horror that is called Palin.
Equal time.
Not an especially bright guy, and not that progressive. The Catholic who calls himself a zionist falls in line with the current U.S. policy of funding ethnic cleansing. Let’s see, what other Christians out there call themselves zionists? Hmmm. Oh yeah, it’s the especially creepy pastor John Hagee! This is what Biden said about the presidential candidate he’s running alongside: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”
That just doesn’t float well no matter how you parse it. Why the Obama is running from his previously far more progressive stances is easy to figure out, the Democratic party told him he had to if he wanted the nomination. But I liked him better when he was with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
I have a temporary condition known as Bell’s Palsy which is an irritation of a facial nerve. It’s not painful, the doctors tell me I’ll be back to my usual self in the next few weeks. In the mean time, it just makes it a little harder to smile… but so does the world.
