The Annapolis Israeli/Palestine meeting in Annapolis is over and George Bush got his much needed “peacebroker” media moment. The punditry can now focus on “the aftermath” without paying attention to the fact that fuel and electricity remains cut off. Medical patients aren’t allowed to leave for treatment and food imports remain low and hunger grows more commonplace as rockets from Israel continue to land in populated areas.
