You see someone struggling, perplexed and in obvious pain. And you know what can fix it all. You have the answer. And when you see the gleam in their eyes, their posture straighten as though some burden were lifted, the feeling you get is unparalleled. It took a little doing, and they were unsure at first. It took some explaining, some coaxing and eventually the support of some peers, but it happened. You helped another person to stop using Internet Explorer and start using Firefox. They are happier now. The world became just a little bit better. Just remember, Internet Explorer is made for Windows. Firefox is made for the internet.
