According to the Jerusalem Post (so take that with a big ol’e grain of salt), Chairman of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, MK Yuval Steinitz said there is no deal with the Palestnian Authority on the Rafah border and that it was made up to give Condi Rice the appearance of a foreign policy victory.

He said that his committee had requested signed drafts of the deal, but were denied by Mofaz, who explained that parts of the draft contained top secret information.
